What If the Car Doesn't Run? (Non-Runner Surcharge)
Non-runners take longer to load. We have to winch them onto the truck instead of driving them on. That's extra time and extra equipment.

What counts as a non-runner?
- Engine doesn't start
- No keys available
- Seized brakes (wheels won't turn)
- Flat tyres (can't roll)
- Accident damage (smashed suspension, bent wheels)
- Project car (part-built, no engine, no gearbox)
What we do for non-runners
- Use our remote control winch
- Use dollies (small wheels) if brakes are seized
- Take extra time to load safely
- Still send walkaround videos
